After ripping Spongebob with MakeMKV, I put it through StaxRip, hoping to achieve a smaller file size while retaining the quality. However, after it had finished, I opened up the video and the audio was very out of sync. It only seems to happen on Spongebob and it happens on multiple episodes. I am using the setting "Copy/Mux" for the audio.

Your problem can come from two possible reasons: 1) The Video Source (the first filter in the filter list): Staxrip will use LSMASH for mp4s, you can change it to FFVideoSource, it works better for some mp4s and will possibly fix your problem 2) If for some reason you still have AV sync problems, then maybe your mp4s are using variable frame rate.

frame type P 224507, total size 690.70 MB. The bug is the framerate detected by nvenc is 30p when mediainfo reports 24p. This issue reproduces in other (all) 24p files I;ve tested. The workaround is to add "--fps 23.976" to the command line, which changes input & output framerates to 24p and fixes the audio-sync problem.
