Bei Bitraten bis 196 kBit nehme ich auch Joint-Stereo. Darüber bleibe ich bei richtigem Stereo. Ich kitzele gerne schon mal das Maximum an Qualität heraus, ohne dabei auf Kodierzeit oder auf Speicherplatz zu achten. Deswegen auch meine Einstellung. q=0 ist laut Doku besser als q=2 (ich meine, das ist standard bei insane).
