Hi, I have recently built myself a computer and installed windows 8.1 onto it. Everything is running perfectly well, however, whenever i try to load a youtube video/soundcloud song/twitch stream, or really any audio sort of stream the sound will randomly mute itself for that application and pause it a few seconds later, or at the same time, it's random.
