Here is my problem. I can barely play TF2 because of this lag. But it isn't really lag though, I have a decent ping as well as a good FPS. How I know it isn't FPS is that it still runs smoothly. What happens is that every few seconds, someone who is running will stop running and look like they stood still, then it will resume and they will be teleported.
