Purchased the Toshiba TV: Model: 50LF621U21 SKU: 6394759. Directv box plugged in to HDMI 1 and RF headphones using the tv's optical audio out. When watching directv, the optical out works fine, I can listen via RF headphones. When streaming via the TV's built in apps - Netflix, Amazon etc, no sound is output on the optical out on the tv.
