Is your headphone cable removable, I find if you have headphones that the cable can be removed alot of the time it is the connection from the cable to your headphones that is messed.

i just bought a traktor kontrol s2 mk3, i got my audio routing set up like this; output monitor: L 3 : Headphone Left R 4 : Headphone Right. output master: L 1 : Main Left R 2 : Main Right. output record: Not connected on both sides. I also made sure i got the kontrol s2 selected as sound device and all the drivers are installed.
