Transcoding Audio Out of Sync? (Page 1) — Using SVP ...

When I transcode video with SVPCode, the audio always winds up being out of sync with the video. For a bit, it seems sync'd, but skipping ahead in the video will have the audio many seconds off of where it should be. I've tried encoding with Nvidia GPU, AMD GPU, and software and the problem persists. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

Audio sync issues - When a video file is playing back at a variable frame rate, it can cause problems with audio sync. Old Adobe hates VFR, because VFR is ...

Switch to dp and audio is also desynced. Switch back to transcode and audio is synced. (in short - switching around doesn't change behaviour). My next thought was that perhaps this is just a garbage TV app issue. However, even on an xbox series x I have the same audio sync issues, plus it get weird graphical issues that the TV app doesn't have.

Also having issues with audio sync, and the Handbrake solution doesn't seem to be working for me. The files in question are DVD rips from my own library. I'm converting them to MKV using MakeMKV, then converting to MP4 using Handbrake with constant framerate turned on. I've tried creating a new project and reinstalling PP, still no luck.
Audio and Video out of Sync on Plex : PleX - reddit

One of the latest Plex Server updates recently broke audio transcoding pretty badly. Myself and other users on the forums are having issues with things transcoding to MP3 instead of AC3/AAC. Other's are reporting sync issues as well when seeing transcode to MP3. For me it's only 7.1 AAC that transcodes to MP3 on one Roku device.
