If your amp is fine without the rca connected, then it's good. Check your rca cable, it could be cut somewhere and shorting out. Best way to check is to use your walkman/portable cd player and use the output on it to feed the amp. If it gives sound, then you know the amp is operating. You should also check the gain/level setting on the amp.

You should pull the sub out and manually push on the cone and let the forum know if it moves without noise or other trouble. You also have to troubleshoot the amplifier because at this point you don't know whether it's the subwoofer or the amp that is acting up. Borrow another sub, in box, and connect it to your amp for testing.

Anyway, the first thing you might want to do is call Audiobahn and see what their warantee policy is. If its out of warantee you can ask how much it is to have it refurbished or repaired. Sometimes the MFG can have really good flat rate prices on that stuff. Those class D amps are getting REALLY cheap.
