So, you can run tsMuxer twice: in blu-ray mode, then mux to ssif with same parameters. I can add simultaneous writing to ssif and m2ts in a future version but I am not sure that is usefull. In order to keep 3D blu-ray compatibility, I believe the output should keep the blu-ray structure as separate .m2ts and .ssif video files.
