I have a .mkv file with AVC video, LPCM audio in English and DTS/AC3 audio in other languages. I want to convert it to Blu-ray disk format. I have had the same problem with dts-hd. Tsmuxer works great to down convert truehd audio, but for some reason it does not work for dts-hd for me. I think I resolved this by running the .m2ts file through eac3to to convert the audio to .ac3 and then muxed this file to the video file with tsmuxer.

The reason is because the audio track is not compatible with Blu-ray (or m2ts media file). It is likely that your media files contain audio encoded with AAC. The solution was to carefully edit the original *.ts with VideoReDo, making sure that the first edit was on a frame that contained the desired AC3 6 channel audio (not 2 channel from an intro or commercial). After reopening the edited *.ts in tsMuxeR, AC3 6 channel was displayed. The WDTV output AC3 6 channel, which was what I was trying to fix.

Smartlabs tsMuxer will only extract the h264 video stream from HD files and it does not recognize the AAC audio stream. I need to be able to demux the AAC audio stream as well.
