Hello! I'm using an Acer Aspire 5536g and Ubuntu 10.10 x64. I can't get any sound from my mic with PulseAudio installed and the headphone jack sense function doesn't work either - when I plug my headphones I get sound from both them and my built-in speakers. I don't have any problems with PulseAudio removed. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I've updated from 9.4 to Karmic Koala, and I'm still experiencing the same problem I had before: The headphone jack sense is not working, that means if I listen to music on the internal speakers (no head phone plugged in), and I plug in a headphone, the music can be heard on both speakers (but with lower volume on the headphone).
