In Ulead MovieFactory, you simply add the .m2v files to your project. At this point they will have NO sound associated with them though. So on the same Ulead screen where you added the video clips, click the "Replace Audio" option. This brings up a pop-up window where you can add an audio track to the associated video track.

The Ulead audio/video sync pproblem seems to be resolved. In running the test I discovered the mpeg 2 files produced by DVD MovieFactory are not DVD compliant at a video data rate of 6000 and are not accepted by DVD Complete. DVD Complete reports there are not Sequence headers at each GOP (no chapter entry points).

I have UVS8 but can't tell you if the burning component is the same as Movie Factory. As I view the various update packs available on the Ulead site, it seems that it just may be the same. (The same ULCDRDrv.dll update pack seems to apply to VideoStudio, Movie Factory (up thru version 3) and other Ulead products as well.
