It reports "Unknown encoder libmp3lame" because it has been built without "--enable-libmp3lame" in its configuration. ... opus is a more modern audio codec that doesn't suck. Not that it matters much coming from an mp3 source. You're probably better off going aac with most video type things. With faad being the decoder and faac being the encoder.
