(Open Sound control panel) --> Line Out / Audio 4 DJ --> Properties --> Advanced --> Default Format The drop down box was initially set to 2 channel, 16-bit, 44100 Hz (CD Quality). I changed this to 2 channel, 24-bit, 48000 Hz (Studio Quality) and my audio was restored. Don't know if ^ this is a cure-all but it certainly got my sound back.

So when i use my NI Audio 4 as Soundcard and Put the Headphones on the extern Soundcard i hear the sound but i cant use the cue option or the volume knob. ...
