In order to get the sound coming from the HDTV I need to right click on HDMI device (mine says V0320-E1 for a Vizio HDTV) and click enable. I also have to right click on speaker and disable. Once I'm no longer using the HDTV, I need to reverse those steps to get sound from my desktop speakers.
