Your old tube TV had it. Even your last flat screen TV had it. So why the hell doesn’t your brand new LCD or Plasma have variable audio outputs that MUTE or change volume on external speakers when you use the remote to tell TV to mute or get louder or softer? TV manufactures know that most people go to a store with a low price in mind and buy the TV that looks the best.
