I tried to do a capture test with the Virtualdub mod that I got from here (virtualdub 1.9.11 + Filters) but it crashed my computer on both attempts. I got it to work with the regular vdub app. I go to the capture section, and I can see my videotape playing, so at least I got that part right. However. I've got no audio. Help?

I had no sound on VirtualDub as well - and all the other capture programs. I discovered something about Windows XP that gives me another reason to hate Bill Gates. As you know, the "volume control" has a separate panel that has recoring controls for your audio sources. Each source has a check box that mutes that particular source.

I'm using VirtualDub version 1.9.11 to screen capture video game play on my computer. It works amazing for video; however, I can't get my audio to record. My motherboard is a Gigabyte ga-z77x-ud5h.
