After reading many reviews I decided to try VH Audio.I asked Chris ( owner ) about which "Flavor" would be my best option and he mentioned the Flavor4. My music listening amounts to mostly piano jazz,female jazz singers and some other various jazz stuff. Right off the cords aounded very out of sinc and dark.

I was quite surprised and a little disappointed to find this out because I recently sold my Rowland 8T amp which uses a 20A socket, and now have a 9’ Flavor 4 cord with a 20A female plug which I am unable to use with anything else. Tough! I could certainly change to a 15 amp IEC for you- I just can't make the PC into 2 shorter PC's.

The scrumptious-sounding Flavor 4 with Furutech connectors is the best power cord that I have heard in the under-$1000 price range. The 4-foot run with 20A IEC for my amplifier cost a mere $179.99, while the 6-foot 15A cord for my transport cost $299.99.

I can highly recommend VH Audio power cords and Pulsar interconnects. The power cords really sound great. You don't need Flavor 4 on small components, but if you can afford it, why not. Flavor 1-3 work really well in their intended places.
