When you select the headphones as default playback device there is no sound module to generate the audio thus you don't get any sound. You are going to have to leave the Speakers (actually your VIA sound device) set as default playback device and then manually set set the sound routing in the Via control panel when you want to do what you want.

Then I reinstalled Windows, downloaded an installed audio drivers from gigabyte official site. Configuring speakers on 5.1 I did from Control panel - Sound. After it i opened from control panel Via HD Audio Deck where 5.1 was already switched (check 5.1 sound works). Video testing shows that 5.1. sound works. sorry for my english ;)
