First I'll start by saying I use my PS3 to connect to my Plex server (via wired LAN, so no internet or wireless issues could be to blame). I don't use the actual Plex app with the PS3, I just go through the PS3's media system to play my stuff. i had a problem previously with my audio and video being out of sync.

But the problem is, having ripped a good few days worth of my DVDs to M4V (x264 video and AAC audio) using Handbrake 0.9.6, I've discovered that many of my rips suffer from out-of-sync audio... but only on the PS3.
