Basically, on the info tab, on Audio Track it gives you two options, “English - Dolby audio”, this is one which removes all sound, it is mute, and the second one is Audio Description, which is what I was hoping to get rid of. When you click on the Audio Description tab (third on the left), if audio description is off, the whole channel is on mute. 0 Kudos.
