The SA box has never had and issue, the Samsung box always dropped out from day one. Swapped over boxes to hook up with each other AV amps. The result the Samsung box still dropped out, the SA box didn't. Conclusion: Samsung box, as reported by others, has inherent fault. I would insist Virgin replace your new box with a SA one.
