VirtualBox 5.0 - Oracle VM VirtualBox Extension Pack (Version: 5.0.0 r101573) Guest: Windows 8.1 x64. Host audio driver: PulseAudio. Audio controller: Intel HD Audio. 4 CPU cores - 4 GB RAM - SSD. Using PulseAudio, I get very choppy playback a few times, and then nothing. The sound playback device in the guest Sound control panel is set to SigmaTel audio (the only option.)
