I have a Xvid that is audio sync challenged. I made a good SVCD with an Audio Gap correction of -400ms. But now I am trying to correct the Xvid for someone with Virtual DUB. I opened the file in question with VD, clicked Audio, Interleaving, then entered 400ms in the Audio Skew Correction. I then Saved to avi using DS video and DS audio.

As I mentioned, the sound is of course out of sync and I'd use an audio skew correction to fix it. The sound is still really messed up some of the time. Both of the above AVIs are encoded with the x264vfw - H.264/MPEG-4 AVC codec with a ratefactor of 5.0 for compression to avoid absurd upload/download times.
