Hmm, So your device does not show up under audio tab in Vdub? Does your dazzle's audio device show up under Sound in the Control panel? If not try right clicking in the white area and selecting "show disabled devices". If it shows up then, then just enable it. Additionally, I find that using "enable audio playback" in Vdub is just asking for trouble.
