I'd almost be tempted to say that if a search at amazon doesn't bring them up, they might not exist. Jsut a guess, but try trainsignal.com, I know they have video, but they might also have audio track. Also, if you aren't aware of it, to get a VMware cert (espcially for ESX and the like), it requires taking a class from them.

Reinstalling VMware Tools should help. Also, your host might need to have a sound card installed for this to work, or you might need to add the sound information to your settings for the VM manually. (There are instructions out there on youtube on how to do this, it's not hard, but it takes too long to type it all out.)
