dmshirkeyNMB is correct when saying that there is no audio forwarding taking place when using a USB device for bidirectional audio - all audio is done on the VM with a "local" USB headset, that you've forwarded from the client. You need to disable the build in RDP audio redirection to use your USB audio device inside the VM.
