Jupiter Ascending, for example, plays with perfect audio, but there appears to be a stutter in the video every 5 seconds or so. It seems to be affecting a very small number of customers (not reproducible by either LG or Vudu so far on the same hardware) and is not related to the Vudu app itself. IMO it's most likely a compatibility issue with Vudu UHD streams and some obscure bug in LG TV audio decoding. Obviously both LG and Vudu hope to resolve it as soon as possible.

I tried using an optical connection as well but that didn't help. The TV is running the latest firmware and the Vudu app is also the most recent version. As soon as I switch from UHD to HDX on the affected titles, the audio is perfect. Also, when I switch the audio output format in the TV's settings from "Auto" to "PCM," the problem goes away.

Switching to HDX quality resolves the audio drop-outs. - When I switch the TV's settings to output via built-in speakers, audio from Vudu UHD titles seems to be fine. - Connected via HDMI ARC, but the problem also occurs using an Optical connection.

I applied the new vudu update to my 65c6 and still have the audio dropouts, but maybe not quite as bad. I also checked my 55c6 and it to has the audio dropouts on UHD vudu streams. So that is 2 out of 2 for my TV's. Strangely i was not prompted to install a Vudu update on my 55c6 like i was on the 65c6 yesterday.
