If it's the same as the earlier W204's you need to go to "HW Settings" and then "HU Parameter". Also you'll need to turn on the AUX video input which is in the HU Parameter section. Have a look at this video. At the 13 minute mark I show how to turn on the reverse camera option. This is for the 2009 W204 so hopefully it's about the same.
