Blu-ray players will not "bitstream" the lossless audio codecs to a receiver if Secondary Audio is turned on. They will drop back to the lossy Dolby Digital or DTS stream. Likewise, most standalone players cannot decode the full lossless codec internally either unless you turn SA off.
