I use a Astro Mixamp for my console audio streams, but essentially, to get audio from the WiiU, use a 3.5 male to male stereo cable from the WiiU GamePad headphone jack. Feed that direct into the Elgato or your mixamp or line-in on your computer, whatever you want. Directly to the Elgato will keep everything in sync.

Both the PC and Wii U can simultaneously use the headset. (However, only the PC can use the microphone.) In the Wii U's audio settings you can pick whatever works best for your setup.
