Winaudio MLS supports it and i have the basic version which gets me to 48K, but the 1meg sample rate suggests possibilities much higher. Sure it is only 8 bit, but that is plenty and a reasonably automated FR measurement out to 500Khz would be perfect for me.

I have been using an Audiophile 2496 and WinAudio MLS for amp testing for about 5 years now. My "interface" consists of 4 pots and two load resistors mounted on a piece of perf board. I also use an 8903 so I don't really need level measuring capability. I never got around to making a better interface, so now I won't have to.
