I found the Realtek website, downloaded a zip file with the newest version of the Windows 7 driver (6.0.1.6000) and tried to install. It got 90% of the way through and then would give me various errors, apparently a very common problem, which I solved by downloading another version of the driver that was an exe, not a zip.
