I have recently upgraded from Windows Vista Home Premium to Windows 7 Home Premium. I had no sound issues in Vista Home Premium. With W7 I am able to get full sound with all file types in Windows Media Player. However in Windows Media Center, I can't get any sound. I can't even get sound when navigating with the remote control.

Windows 7. 10 posts. Fixed this problem, I think. I ran a virus scan, found a couple of minor adwares & removed. Ran sfc/scannow, found no problems. Ran a registry cleaner, then rebooted. Records audio with TV shows now for about 12 hours. Apparently fixed problem, will repost if problem re-occurs. My System Specs.
