Hello. I just updated to Windows 8.1 Pro from Windows 8. Before I update, I could connect my laptop via HDMI to my TV and display video and audio just fine. After I updated to 8.1 and tried connecting to my TV, I found out that the HDMI audio output no longer work and that the audio is being output from my laptop instead of the TV.

1) Install Windows 8 64-bit driver for NVS 4200M from nVidia website. After restart video should be fine, but audio not yet as it's not installed as part of installer for some reason. 2) Plug in HDMI. 3) Go to sound in control panel.
