From what I know both the host OS & the guest OS must run Windows 8/8.1 or 10 Pro & set up the guest OS using generation vers 2 to have enhanced session mode working & have RDP (?) enabled. The only think I haven’t tried is creating an external network rather than using Default Switch. Not sure for running Android as guest OS.

Hyper-V can’t emulate a sound card, so “vmconnect” can’t redirect audio. So if you want to use a "virtual sound card" in a VM, you must enable audio over RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol).
