Using amsynth to play just a sawtooth wave. After about 1 second, the audio will start stuttering. On any other system, using the same settings with amsynth, the sawtooth wave will not stutter. The sound works perfectly fine in diablo 3. But in TF2/CSS it stutters. And looking at the stream in kmix, it keeps appearing and disappearing like if the alsa stream to pulse audio is also stuttering.
