These do not exist in the WinTV v8 download from Hauppauge's website - a separate download linked in the German DVB tuner site linked earlier. So the workaround fix for the HVR-950 TV tuner is to download WinTV v8 (wintv8setup_35167.exe) and wintv-hvr-930c_driver_5_2020_0406_38260.exe, install both, reboot, and scan tv channels.

It does work great in WMC on win 7 and it works in win 10 using the PCTV software but it is jittery and has audio sync issue using that. I can get a WinTV HVR-1250 for about 15.00 on ebay, but if there is a quick fix for the 800e stick, I'd like to try that first.
