So I have a WintTV-PVR-150 (26xxx) and it worked perfectly under windows vista 32 bit. But now I did a clean install (not upgrade) to windows 7 64 bit using 4 GB RAM. I installed the newest drivers for my tv-card, and after restarting everything went well. But after a second restart I have huge pixel failures and sound issues.

I have a WinTV PVR 150 card and it was working fine in Windows XP. However, since I installed Windows 7, the visuals are grainy and the audio is missing on the channels that don't have static. Those that have static do play the static sound. It seems to be a driver problem, but installing the latest driver from the Hauppauge website didn't help.

The word was they are getting close to release a new version of the WinTV-PVR 150/500 driver which will allow the audio settings to be individually set. It is a software fix, and does not require new PVR card.
