From the "Playback Devices -> Properties -> Supported Formats" control panel, the Microsoft WMA Pro Audio format is checked and plays in all 5 speakers when tested Windows Media Player will bitstream the WMA 5.1 track directly to my receiver when playing the same WMV file. In this case, my Pioneer receiver LED shows it's decoding WMA.

It could be possible that the converted file could be corrupted and the Audio is not working. On my research, I see that there are several users who have the same issues with Audio when converted with Prism Conversion software. Also check if you are able to play the files with sound in the Prism software after converting the files.
