We currently use a DVR that converts to WMV on download. The files are originally stored as MP4, but it uses a proprietary codec. I have a 31 second WMV 2 video of a person singing. It looks fine with VLC on my Windows pc. For some reason, the audio and video are out of sync on ALL wmv files in Windows Media player.
