I don’t see many DACs using their chips now though. That’s the thing. Why? The Wolfson WM8740 is still in use occasionally still these days. Astell and Kern used it on one of their entry level DAPs two or three years ago. That DAC goes back to around 2004 but has been represented in several products, including even active speakers, since then.
