In XBMC settings I've chosen HDMI for audio. Since I get sound when using the Apple TV, without XBMC - it must be something with XBMC that is not working. Any ideas? Update: The sound was there all the time. I was just used to the sound when moving in menus - but it seems that this is not currently working in XBMC.

I was even thinking of getting a U3011 (successor to the 3008WFP) in order to get 2 HDMI ports to connect my PVR/Blu-Ray player and Apple TV to separate ports, and maybe getting an ATV3, but now it should be sufficient to get an HDMI and audio switch.
