Underneath the DVI port on the TV are red and white inputs for audio, I used the component cable that the XBOX came with to make the connection using the 3.5 mm output jack on the XBOX to the audio inputs directly under the DVI input on the TV. Problem solved, fully operational with both audio and video.

ok, the black cable is a HDMI to DVI calbe that connects to the PC monitor and the cabe on the left is a XBOX 360 AV cable that has the yellow, white and red phono's on the end. disregard the yellow phono and use the white and red phono's for sound. This is the cable... That's the one that comes with the core and arcade.
