You would need a video card with hdmi in. Connect the Xbox to your video in, the use software to display it on the monitor. Or you could try windows 10 game streaming and it brings sound and video to your PC over the network. I find it pretty awful though. Or, what I did is get the MS headphones and stereo adapter and just use that for my audio.
