Since the most recent update (Nov 21ish) my audio from the XBOX one audio no longer syncs to the action on screen. For Netflix there is maybe a half second delay between action and sound or mouth movement and voice. Disney plus is even more noticable. Also noticable when playing Bluray. I have tested the hdmi cable for defects - nothing noticable.

I often switch between using my xbox on monitor at times with a special hd av cable and on my roommates had tv with a hdmi. I have been having some display problems while using the hd tv. When I have the Display Discovery Enabled on my Xbox while using the HD TV I get no sound. I have an hdmi cable for the connection.
