XLN Audio Ease of use features don't look to be anywhere near what EZD2 offers, so it looks like I'm jumping ship and will be flying the ToonTrack flag over my camp for the foreseeable future. Addictive Drums has a certain sound that takes work to get from other drum programs. More "produced" or "round" sound to it. EZdrummer kits sound a bit more natural, somewhat more crisp. I think the default V2 kits are excellent and much better than most the packs that came before it that I've heard.

I have Slate, EZ Drummer and XLN Addictive Drums. Addictive Drums has way better beats and fills than the other two imho, more interesting and realistic. I found the EZD beats kind of bland and boring and Slate really didnt have much, seems more geared towards electronic drummers and sound replacement.
