The extra encoding parameters do not need to be changed unless you wish to stream at a lower resolution than you’ve set XSplit to. This can be changed in the video size drop down menu. The default preset is either “XSplit Default” or Veryfast” which are more or less equivalent. If no other CPU intensive processes are running at the same time and you wish to broadcast/encode 30 FPS @ 1280 x 720 using the “Veryfast” preset then you should be good with an i5 Processor.
