No idea what your problem might be. All, Just tried PS3Video9 tonight. Tried converting my XviD video (approx 700MB) to "Device: PS3" and Profile "VideoWizard". It ran for 1hr 15mins, all 4 cores 100%! Anyway, the file it produced was (according to GSpot) an H.264/MPEG-4 AVC, mp4 container, audio: MPEG-4 AAC LC.
