Turned the rig on after having it off doe about 3 weeks, and I now have no audio out from the external speaker or internal speaker, The exception is: The Spot button being pressed gives me the normal tone and switching bands gets the normal beep. The squelch is set to min, and I can see I have good receive on the bands per the meter. Any thoughts?

Ok I have a weird problem with my old Yaesu Memorizer that hopefully some one can throw some light on. The problem is when transmitting (even keying the tx by shorting the pins on the socket, so I know it's not the mic) the radio does one of 4 things: 1) Transmits normally (once in a blue moon) 2) Transmits OK AFTER a 1-2 second delay.
